CATALINA LUXURY APARTMENTS

ROLE: Artistic Direction, Execution & Production Management DESCRIPTION: Catalina Luxury Apartments is a property development project that took years to construct, consisting of multiple single, double and triple room luxury living spaces. A few months prior to the final wrap up of the construction and prior to market release, the awareness brochure, floor plan specification inserts, and promotional flyer were developed to incite and motivate consumer demand while generating consumer awareness within the local Santa Clara community and surrounding suburbs. These pieces of communication established a brand image for the newly constructed apartment complex. They also pointed out the amenities of the property, while offering promotional and contact information for these luxury apartment rentals.
