DESCRIPTION: The first educational website for Essure physicians was a subsidiary of the Essure.com patient website, which made it confusing and difficult to track. Trying to differentiate traffic inflow became easier with the new and improved EssureMD.com website for physicians. It is unique and highly dynamic. EssureMD.com is fully integrated with a registration-process form, training status verification, and e-commerce functionality that is plugged directly into the company’s CRM database. Once a physician is registered, they have access to the private section of the website. This private website is full of useful medical, practice, and patient counseling marketing materials for download or reference. All this has facilitated tracking as well as the development of targeted marketing campaigns and ongoing customer communications with the healthcare professional audiences and their practices.

DESCRIPTION: With the birth of the new and improved Essure.com website came a new look, new functionality, and new consumer interaction to help aid patient education, while continuing to increase consumer awareness. The key and most important attribute added to the new website is the single-click “physician-locator” feature on every page; a powerful piece of marketing and interactivity that will undoubtedly get awareness flowing from a patient-physician perspective. In-turn, this will evoke patient and physician interaction. Some of the other attributes of the website are: competitor comparison 3D animations, the reveal-collapse FAQ modules, and a diverse group of patient testimonials in writing and video formats. Since the implementation of SEO & SEM, overall web traffic to this website has more than quadrupled since its release to the public.

DESCRIPTION: As the US Hispanic population continues to grow in the United States and as the online presence of this valuable market segment continues to climb, a more targeted and uniquely tailored website was deemed necessary. Qualitative and quantitative research was conducted to understand cultural, linguistic, and ethical trends that specifically characterize this target demographic. When developing this website, the key equity of the Essure brand was preserved, as well as the main functionality triggers; however a unique look and new features that are keen to this target demographic have been added. Alongside, development of the bilingual Essure Woman DVD brought about new video assets in Spanish that were incorporated into this new and exciting website. The “physician locator” includes a unique filter system that can list “Spanish speaking doctors only” on any particular search or zip code area.
