ROLE: Artistic Direction, Interaction Design Consultancy & Brand Development

DESCRIPTION: Community building and storytelling is the central focus of The Organic City. I volunteered and participated in various aspects of the strategic visual development, testing, and promotion of The Organic City project. I fell in love with the vision and the cause from an early stage and played a consulting role in the artistic development of the website. Upon registering to the website, my involvement changed into a more of participatory role, doing outreach within the community and assisting the producers on videos that are now featured on the website. The development of the brand image and the overall look-and-feel of The Organic City website helped to create a brand that people could relate to. It is also a brand that translates well into other pieces of online and print communications.
